- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding top talent across various departments.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for roles in technology, marketing, design, and other business functions.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs by fostering relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Develop and refine job descriptions to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and qualifications, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidates, job postings, and recruitment metrics efficiently.
- Enhance the employer brand by promoting ReachCure as a top workplace through engaging job postings, social media campaigns, and career events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates to continuously improve hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, providing feedback, and facilitating a seamless hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, hiring best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Collaborate with HR to support workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee retention strategies.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and university partnerships to attract emerging talent.
